SOVO LLC operates this website. This page explains what it collects, what happens when you book a call, and how to reach us about any of it.

What this website collects

The site itself is static. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and asks for nothing. Standard server request logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — are produced by the hosting provider and used only to keep the site running and secure.

When you book a call

The booking button sends you to Google Calendar's appointment scheduling at calendar.app.google. From that point Google is the data controller, under its own privacy policy. Whatever you enter there — typically your name, email address and any note about your company — is received by SOVO LLC so that the call can happen.

What we do with it

Booking details are used to hold the meeting, to prepare for it, and to follow up afterwards. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver the booking and email themselves.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and correspondence records for as long as there is an active or prospective working relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Confidential material from engagements

Client code, metrics and internal documents are governed by the engagement agreement and any NDA, not by this page. Access is provisioned by the client, used only for the engagement, and relinquished when it ends.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond.
